Annual General Meeting

The AGM was fairly well attended.  The draft revised constitution and rules were approved with minor amendments.  The new committee members were elected as follows: Chairman - Jeff Wagner; Treasurer – Alan Crisp; Secretary – Peter Brewer; Competition Secretary – Dave Bebbington; Publicity Officer – Lana Burgham; Programme Secretary – John Sammonds and Events Officer – Colin Lockitt.  Additional members elected were: Richard Baker, Pauline Parker, John Couzins and Russell Miles.  Winners of the hotly contested annual trophies for Photographers of the Year went to Peter Brewer – Slides, Vincent Parker - Prints and Dave Harris - Digital.  A Bronze Award was also presented to John Couzins.  We’ve had a very busy year and the Chairman's statement was certainly the fastest we've ever had.
