X Marks the Spot Competition 
Judge:  Peter Brewer

This year’s competition comprised of shots from the telescope near the lift at Viking Bay, Broadstairs.  The aim is to get the most interesting and creative shot possible whilst keeping one foot or leg of your tripod on the “spot”.    Peter Brewer had the onerous task of judging the entries (that’ll teach him for winning last year!) and should be congratulated for remembering not to recommend moving a few paces to the left or right to improve the shot!  Print winners:  1^st Graham Davies, 2^nd and 3^rd John Couzins.  Slide winners: 1^st and 3^rd Dave Harris and 2^nd Richard Baker.   Graham and Dave now have the pleasure of choosing the location for next season’s spot as well as the honour for judging it.
